    Refund & Return Policy

    At EK Global Group Ltd, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Because we source products directly from trusted suppliers overseas, please read our return and refund policy carefully.


    1. How to Request a Return or Refund

    You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund if you are not fully satisfied.

    To start the process, please contact our customer support at support@ekglobalshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you step-by-step.


    2. Conditions for Returns

    • Products must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging .

    • We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, or altered .

    • For hygiene reasons, some items (eg, personal care) may not be eligible for return — this will be specified on the product page.


    3. Sale Items

    Items sold at a discounted price (marked as “on sale”) are not eligible for return or refund , except if defective or damaged on arrival.


    4. Shipping Costs

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.


    5. Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days to your original payment method.

    Please note: depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


    6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

    We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


    7. Shipping Delays

    Due to international shipping from our suppliers, delivery can take up to 14-20 business days .

    Please be patient as delays can occur outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us to investigate.


    8. Fraud Prevention

    We monitor all orders for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent.
